3.1 is hopefully going live rather soon, and this week it seems like 3.0.9 (a pre-patch to 3.1) is going live!
I’ll first throw in the rogue changes in 3.0.9 which are as following:
- Hunger for Blood (Assassination): Now increases damage 5% per stack, (up from 3%.)
- Mind Numbing Poison now reduces cast time by 30%, down from 60%.
- Mutilate damage will now do 20% increased damage against poisoned targets, down from 50%.
- Slice and Dice: This ability now increases melee attack speed by 40%, up from 30%.
So, maybe my previous post about HfB being buffed and not stacked, but one single bleed-dependant buff aint fully right, or blizz are messing around and changing it again in the big 3.1 patch later on? Well. We’ll see.
Anyway, this bring us some PvE-love, they’re afraid that with PvE and melee damage boosts they’ll also make the rogues burst in PvP even more dangerous, that’s probably the reason to the Mutilate damage nerf, but we got a buffed HfB and S&D, which is great for PvE.
Now to some 3.1 info ..
I’ve already posted about the rogue changes that seem to be incomming with the 3.1 patch, but… Read more »
